The WiFi did not work very well. We kept losing connection. Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Only stayed one night to catch an early flight. Incredibly convenient to arrive by train and depart by airplane ( or vice versa!)

The location right at the airport is great. No need for a shuttle or bus. The room was good, but a little too warm for my liking, with no way to adjust the heat or open the window. The biggest drawback was that even though the airport itself had Wifi, in the room I had to pay 9 Euros to have internet. Not okay in such an expensive hotel!

I had a 16 hour overnight layover in Frankfurt and hanging at the airport was rather unappealing. I booked the Sheraton, even though I had little use for anything but a bed and coffee, I found it really more than adequate.
