Great location top accommodation

Lovely Rooms and nice and clean. The only thing I would say is the carpets really could do being cleaned or replaced. Tea/ coffee facility and a lovely comfortable bed.

Bedroom beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed. Warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked good choice of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast, full breakfast included, delicious and lots of choice, eggs benedict, eggs royale etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a loyalty scheme but they didn't explain it so i have probably lost out on a lot of points. But otherwise excellent.

We stayed for one night. We loved the Sunday roast; cooked perfectly, arranged meticulously on the plate, and plenty of delicious items. A+. The pub was also nice, they were short-staffed but very friendly. The entire staff were incredibly nice and friendly, except the gentleman at the reservation desk. He didn't smile, appeared overwhelmed, and ignored us when we passed him in the hall. We waited 45 minutes to check-in and part of that was because he forgot we were sitting there. He appeared to enjoy surfing the internet, but not the guests. Fortunately, the rest of the staff were amazing. Parking was tight due to the Sunday roast, so we had to wait to check in. The rooms were a B to a B-; we had a broken toilet seat and someone had failed to flush their "release" before turning the room over to us. I would definitely eat here again, but I have misgivings about whether I would stay or look elsewhere.

Staff in this beautifully character hotel were exemplary throughout our stay. The bedroom was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Linens & towels were of good quality and the bed very comfortable. The complimentary tea tray was excellent with fresh coffee/ cafetiere & a selection of teas. Bottled water was provided & a bottle of milk. We had dinner and breakfast & both were good. The property is a short walk from the wonderful Burford high street. A real find.

Easy access and plenty of parking. Nice ambience in the lobby area with the sofa’s and fire. The reception area is quite small. Staff very friendly and attentive. We had booked the suite which was a nice, quiet and spacious room. Found the pillows too hard for us which was a little disappointing as everything else was great.

We recently stayed here for a couple of nights away and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly, which really made the experience special. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet – just what we needed to unwind. Plus, the food was top-notch and the location couldn't have been better if you plan to tour the cots world. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends!
