A lovely clean hotel with easy access to everything. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I only had breakfast once. It was rather expensive and I didnt think the cooked stuff was particularly great. The mushrooms were a bit dry and the eggs a little too oily. I also didnt think there was a great selection.

I contacted the hotel prior to our stay and they arranged a taxi collection from the airport. It was slick with the driver sending instructions via WhatsApp. Hotel location could not have been better. Very easy to access Heroes Square and Chain Bridge (in opposite directions) Staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Great selection at breakfast. Coffee corner in the afternoon with complimentary pastries for Christmas with Mulled Wine. Very happy with this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location for easy access to most places. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The towels are bath towels rather than bath sheets so a little on the small side. Staff were all very friendly. Superior room was smaller than expected and I would say it would be a standard room in Uk . Only one desk chair to sit on . So nowhere for other person to sit . That said it was very good value for money and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, modern and great location. Love the high ceiling as it makes the room much bigger. We got a quiet room facing the interior and we did not hear any sound. We enjoy their nice coffee / tea machine for hotel guests downstairs. Gym is great. So many amazing restaurant nearby, walkable to everywhere. Staffs are attentive. We really enjoy this hotel!
