Great stay!

Front desk staff were awesome. Very clean and comfortable rooms.My wife has bad back and the mattress was very supportive and comfortable for her. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Hot Springs.

The staff was always polite and friendly. Room was clean and layed out well. Great showers with great water pressure. Chairs in the room were well worn out. Could not use room key to get in and out of hotel. I felt this was a security issue, however the hotel was in progress of a renovation. I am sure all will be updated soon.

Booked the room over Thanksgiving weekend for my wedding anniversary. The room was clean but VERY dated. The bathroom didn't have a vanity. So there was no place to put my toiletries. The TV was very small. Overall the room was clean but is despite of need of some cosmetic updates. Also the staff was amazing and very professional.

Did not tell me they were under renovations in other rooms/floors. Did not attempt or provide me the opportunity to move to a quieter room or area. Did not mention there is also construction across the street. Construction started approximately between 7 and 8 a.m. The air conditioner in my room was so loud I coild brely have a discussion with my spouse. The air conditioning also shut off late during the night and did not cycle, causing a very irritable nights sleep. These things were not brought to my attention and I feel they were dishonest in choosing my room and rate. I could have easily stayed somewhere else. I will not be back to this location even though I frequent Hot Springs.
