Everything about this hotel is amazing. Great stay. The only exception is the shuttle service. The shuttle drop off/pick up is approximately 30 meters outside the hotel. So you may walk 30 meters in the rain or cold between the shuttle drop off/pick up and hotel. In my case, I arrived when it was rainy. On departure, I waited in the cold for more than 30 minutes for the airport shuttle.
