Breakfast was fabulous even with lots of people at the same time. I like their open seating all day and use of a microwave and coffe/hot chocolate machine. The bed was a little hard but i like a soft mattress. The pillows were nice. The room is on the small side but the bathroom is normal sized. The overhead shower was great.

The room was too warm to sleep in, so these 2 nights were not very restful. The staff could not change due to the energy strategy of the hotel. The question is for what you pay. A shame, because the rest was good, eg. personnel was very friendly. Secondly, the hotel still has a reserved amount on my credit card, even when everything has been paid for. I do not see this as correct.
