The staff were wonderful and kind. The room was clean, simple but well kept, and it was a really affordable option. Right next to a train station which you can use to get into Brussels central. The buffet breakfast was lovely and got us fuelled up each morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Apart from the fact that the internet was temperamental and the room was fairly spartan, the hotel was very good. The staff in particular were helpful and the hotel is convenient for the airport and good value. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of dining options locally and although it is close to the train station, not all the airport trains stop there. In the morning there is only one train an hour to the airport.

Friendly atmosphere, clean, lots of tables & chairs to chat & eat on ground floor. Very helpful staff. 3 min walk from Diegem station. At checkout Jun 9, a gentlemen at concierge & maintenance gent helped me break the manual padlock on my luggage as I misplaced the key. They did the extra mile without much fuss to help me with my unusual problem. Very much appreciated!

I loved everything about this hotel. The entrance is very beautiful and gives you a good energy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and a nice design. The area is safe and 4 min walk to the train station that would take you to the airport and downtown. The breakfast was nice. Coffee machine available all day for free. My only comment would be the iron. It was not a good quality. I would go there again and again. You will not regret it. 😄
