Annehmbare teils renovierte Wohnung mit schlechtem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wir fanden die Wohnung in einem nicht überaus sauberen Zustand vor, was vielleicht auch daran lag, dass der Staubsaugeraufsatz mit Kabelbinder zusammengehalten wurde. Auf einem Heizkörper lagen benutzte Socken und unter der Heizung lag ein Kronkorken - soviel zur Sauberkeit. Die Ausstattung ist größtenteils neu, wenn auch nicht besonders hochwertig. Die Bäder sind sehr alt. Türen sehr "klapperig", was entsprechend laut ist. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hochhaus, dessen Aufzug aus dem Jahr 1968 stammt. Das Haus insgesamt ist nicht besonders gut in Schuss. Es waren während unseres Aufentaltes Bautätigkeiten im Haus. Schöne Aussicht ins Grüne. Insgesamt annehmbare Wohnung, wenn auch für den bezahten Preis (180 €/Nacht) überteuert.
