The tents were freezing in the morning.No heating.No daily clean. We are now staying in the Mangrove cheaper and better all round

Thank you for leaving your feedback, we strive incredibly hard here to make every customer experience enjoyable and we’re really sorry we’ve not been able to meet your expectations this time. Our understanding is that it was unexpectedly cool at night during your stay which affected most of western australia at this time. This is the first time we have ever had poor feedback due to the weather and we certainly wish it wasn't so... As not only is the weather completely out of our control, but a review of this nature is incredibly damaging to our small, family owned business. Our luxury tents are equipped with plush beds and warm dooners, plus 2 additional blankets (just incase the temperature drops off during the night). Unfortunately it would be a risk to heat a tent due to its canvas structure. As a self-contained resort, servicing is not carried out daily, however we always do our very best for our guests and have plenty of amenities etc on hand if required. Additional servicing can also be requested.

Loved the privacy of the Villas. Didn't like the freezing cold pool - like an iceblock on a 30 degree day. Stayed 6 days, got a room refresh on (normally for bookings over 7 days) however felt for the money we were paying this should happen daily or at least every second day.

Beautiful gardens, nice swimming pool. Great place to relax. The only problem is that they don't have any cafes or restaurant on site and its far from all amenities.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I'm pleased that you enjoyed your time at our resort. I'm sorry to hear that you did not find the catering amenities suitable to your needs. Our location is what sets us apart and retains the quiet, tranquil surroundings. All of the accomodation here is fully self contained so there is no restaurant on site but there are many places close by. A popular restaurant and cafe is just a 10 minute walk from our resort. With many others on-route to Cable Beach with is 1 kilometre away. I do hope that we will see you back again soon!
