Do not stay here. Usually I am skeptical of bad reviews, please learn from my mistake. People are not exaggerating, it is as bad as they say that it is. Upon check-in, my husband and I immediately went to our room. It was musty, the top sheet was obviously dirty (I have included a picture) & the walls were so thin we could hear the neighbours on the each side of us. The room looked so rough, we didn’t take off our shoes while we inspected it. In addition, there is no option for heating or cooling the room, like there typically is for motels. We left the room for a bit and I scrolled through the one-star reviews left for this inn. When I saw that people were complaining about the state of the beds, we went back and I pulled the blankets back. When I did, I found 3 hairs from 3 different people (different lengths & different colours). There was a stain on the sheet and the fitted sheet was so thin I could see the print of the mattress. It was late by this time, it was 10:20 pm. After a full day of travelling, we were tired and just wanted to sleep. But we went back to the office to see if there was anything they could do because I did not want to sleep in a bed full of hair. When we voiced our complaints, the only solution the employee had was to give us a sheet to cover the bed. We asked to get a refund, but since we booked through a third party, they told us that there was nothing they could do. At this point, we checked out. We had been checked in for a full 40 minutes

Room smelled. The floor was dirty. Hairballs under the bed. Dust bunnies in every corner. The towels provided weren't the best. They were very thin and small some were stained. A floor towel wasnt provided. The shower door didnt close properly so water was going out onto the floor. We had to use 2 of the towels to put on the bathroom floor. There was hair in the shower so the bathroom definitely wasnt cleaned. Some stains on the bedroom sheets. The trash can in the room wasnt thrown away. It was filled with the previous people's trash still. Its an older Inn but some updates and renovations would make it more comfortable. The housekeeping needs a big improvement. How do you expect your guests to stay comfortably if you cant clean and sanitize the room properly? The only thing we did like about the room we had was the full size fridge.

The room was filthy. We requested housekeeping three times before it actually got done. We requested a reciept and were told the printer was broken and they would send us one, we have not received it. One of the lamps was broken and they told us they didn't have another one. We booked for three nights and stayed two and cancelled the third but have been charged for three so now I have to take it up with my CC company. Do not stay at this motel. I could go on.

The hotel was horrible. Not clean at all. The door didn’t even close all the way. That was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at the most uncomfortable beds. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

My room was not ready when I checked in at 10:30 pm on 7/6/25. It still had the belongings and trash left by previous guests. Then I was given another room, but this room was not cleaned and ready, either. I’ve been traveling for 20 years, and this was the first time something like this happened to me. The lady in the front desk was unhappy and reluctant to find me a clean room. Very bad customer service.

There was no air conditioning installed at this property. You have to open the windows at night which wouldn’t have been terrible aside from the loud eighteen-wheelers passing at all hours of the night, loudly down shifting. Then there are people parking outside and shining headlights in your room in the middle of the night with loud talking and slamming doors keeping you awake. It was the absolute worst hotel experience we have EVER encountered and I am so glad to never be returning. It was a miserable hotel experience. Also note that the lobby closes at 11PM so if you need to check in later than that, you’ll need to make arrangements with the staff. They were accommodating, that was the only pleasant part of this entire experience. Do not stay here if it is not your only option for a bed for the night.

Leftover towels from previous guests and dirty hand towels left in bathroom. Staf was quick to replace with clean ones. Hot water in shower was hit or miss depending on other nearby guests. The laundry area would benefit from soap dispensers for washing clothes and a change machine to supply quarters for the appliances. Additional electrical outlets and switches for lights in bedroom would be helpful.

Property is really dated. Our room had no AC and with only have windows at street level made us feel unsafe to even open them. The room was not big enough for 2 double beds and had maybe a foot to squeeze between the bed and the wall to use the restroom.

Place is nasty.

The room needs updated. The floors haven't been swept or mopped in who knows how long. The towels are stained. The bedding is stained. The shower floods the floor due to a leak. There was food left in the sink. The counters weren't clean. It was absolutely disgusting. There was dog hair on the floor and on the bedding. The only nice thing in there was the refrigerator. That's it.
