The front desk/ welcome girl was amazing! First, she greeted me by name. She explained everything i needed to know about parking, the hot breakfast, even the fresh baked cookies at night! The room was clean. The common areas were clean and inviting. I used the jacuzzi and the whole indoor pool area was also clean and nice too. I can't express how great it was to stay here except that we will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we have stayed there once before about a year ago. It is well kept and seems like it's been updated recently with new flooring in the rooms (old carpet removed and plank flooring added, which was nice). Felt like a safer area in Grants Pass, close to I-5, which is nice. Quick and easy food options close by. Unfortunately, there seems to be a large population of homeless in Grants Pass now, which is the same going all the way down the I-5 cooridor. Staying up near I-5 felt like the safest place to be.

It was not bad but not entirely comfortable. Decor of lobby, elevators, hallways outdated, room ok but not great, connecting door to noisy kids in room next door, connecting door not noise insulated. Staff was extremely friendly and personable.
