I didn't eat here so can't comment on the quality of the food or service in the restaurant. Check in was fairly easy, my room was big and well appointed. I took a star off because the bathroom could do with some attention - the toilet is old and worn and the trim around the edge of the sink is worn and unsightly. Check out was easy. Parking was easy. The price was good - cheaper than Premier Inn and on the whole, better appointed. I would recommend this hotel if you don't have 5* expectations and are not a perfectionist/nit picker.

Good sized room, clean and tidy. Room 0113 bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was good and plenty to hoose.

Disapointed.
I wasn’t greeted by staff at reception desk and they finished their conversation before acknowledging me. No details were given about my stay, just key given and room number (meant walking backwards and forwards to the gym due to not initially taking required slip). Toilet in room was dirty. Hairs in the shower. All mugs were dirty and beds uncomfortable.
