Property was well situated . Surroundings are amazing with Lake view and had Gas station and A nice Italian restaurant right next to it! Loved the Time we spent there even though it was just a night during our fall foliage trip!

The room smelled funky but we couldn't pinpoint it. No microwave, most uncomfortable bed and pillows (we all barely slept and woke up with aches), weird brown stains on the sheets (dont think it was cleaned from prior guest), gotta get ice from a nearby gas station, and no hot water, plus we heard every units water through our pipes. For over $200/night, it was a bad stay. I've slept better and got a microwave and hot water from motels half the price. Island Pond is beautiful but our family wouldn't stay here again. I personally felt unsanitary.

Under new owners...Room was clean and refreshed recently. Staff was friendly helpful and responsive. Unfortunately we ran out out of hot water the night we got there and also the next morning. The staff informed us they were in the middle of renovation and the water heaters were on the fix it list. They were kind enough to offer an reduced rate for the night. We got through it ok.

I have never slept in more uncomfortable. Bed springs were popping constantly and you felt every single one of them neither my husband or I got any sleep at all. We booked it for two nights. We stayed one and we just left. We packed up and left. I have a bad back and for two days now it’s been hurting.

Location to pond was nice. The room was very disappointing. If you sat on the end of the bed, the mattress was so thin that it came off the frame. When you entered into the room, it had a bad odor. When I booked the room through expedia, it stated that it had a microwave and it didn't. It also did not hava a coffee maker. We (2 people) stayed for 2 nights, and we were given two full sized towels and two washcloths, so we had to reuse the towels. For the price I paid for this room it should have been more accomadating and updated!

Bed super uncomfortable and only had a bedspread for blanket. Floors slippery and shower ver slow drain so stood in 2” of water by end of shower.
