In a beautiful garden setting, this modern and refreshing home is just a short walk or bike ride to Bright's town centre, the Cherry Walk and Ovens River is right at your back door.

The stylish open plan living area features a wood fire and large TV with DVD player, as well as reverse cycle heating/cooling. From the lounge area, step out onto the shady patio with outdoor setting and barbeque. The 'cooks kitchen' is fitted out with quality, modern appliances and a huge feature oven/stove that will have you cooking up a family feast in no time!

Your spacious master bedroom overlooks the well maintained garden and features a king bed, flat screen TV, three built in robes, ensuite with bath and a separate toilet.
In the second bedroom you will find a queen bed with a wooden clothes rack and a wall mounted TV, there is also an oil heater. The third bedroom has a king single bed with an optional king single trundle tucked underneath and a wooden clothes rack, with a blow heater too.

In the main bathroom you will find an open shower, toilet and single vanity. A European laundry is available and equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and an iron and ironing board.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: King Bed, Hisense Smart TV, Ceiling fan, Daikin split system. Ensuite separate toilet, shower over bath, vanity.

Bedroom 2 : Queen bed, Hisense Smart TV, celling fan and fan heater

Bedroom 3: King Single Trundle Bed, Hisense smart TV and fan heater

All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels.


Outside you will find seating throughout the lovely garden, and a firepit to sit enjoy in the year round with firewood provided for your convenience.

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
