Great stop over with great homecooked food

A great stay , food was outstanding , all home cooked . Staff , really nice . Only fault was the bathroom too small , cannot be helped with the shape of the building . Would stay again .

Very friendly owner, made us feel very welcome and happy to be of assistance for our needs. A little bit remote but once you unpack there is no need to leave. The food was exceptional in a lovely restaurant and excellent service, thank you

We stayed for 1 night taking 2 family rooms, the rooms were large and roomy, clean, lots of room between the double and single bed, the bathroom was of a very high standard, there was plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms,and very warm.

Lovely friendly hotel manager and staff. Just let down by the proximity to the A39. Nothing they can do about that but too noisy for me and my wife. However the welcome and helpfulness of the manager and staff is second to none, and that counts for a lot.

West Somerset overnight stop

Cleanliness was excellent , bathroom was spotless. Pretty ascetic overnight stay in a hotel looking like it was suitable for wedding parties, but quiet on an October midweek.. Friendly owner and staff. Dinner and breakfast both well cooked and presented. Handy location after drive through Exmoor heading to M5 Use of Tesco vouchers helped with cost.
