Renovated 4BR/2BA expanded Cape on private quiet street

Welcome to our renovated 4 BR/2BA home in Cliff Pond Estates on a quiet street. Nickerson State Park is 500 steps away where you will enjoy hiking, biking, swimming and fishing. Brewster flats just minutes away.
Our home has 2 mini-split AC units to cool the common living spaces on the first floor. Each bedroom has a window unit and the 2 upstairs bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to feel right at home: coffee maker, mixer, blender and food processor.
Each bedroom has a new queen mattress and comfortable pillows.
There is a comfortable, sunny family room with a large flat screen TV. The living room has another flat screen TV. Both are smart TVs.
The deck has an extra-long Pottery Barn table and 8 chairs for dining outside. There is a large Weber propane grill.
Enjoy the outside shower after a day at the beach. We have 8 beach chairs and umbrellas/tents for the beach. There is a canoe and a kayak (bring your own life preservers.)

Very clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything is updated and extremely clean. I ended up having to work from home a few days, and there was still plenty of room for me to set up an "office" with 4 other adults and 1 baby in the house. Quiet neighborhood was great for walks infanthung out

Wonderful home for family vacation

Beautiful home! The house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved having two common areas to relax and spread out. House is short 5 min drive to Linnell Landing Beach. Christine was a wonderful host and we hope to return next summer!

Our Brewster vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was clean and very well kept. The kitchen was well equipped which was appreciated as we cooked and ate in a few nights. The proprietor was very responsive to our questions about the home. We would stay again!
