I don’t want to be totally negative here so I’ll say the location is great if you are looking to be super close to the Snowflake lift or trailhead: It’s literally right across the street. The supply of hot water in the unit is also good. Here’s where we had trouble: -the key is in a lockbox on a string so it can’t be removed. When we arrived, the lockbox cover was open and the access code was clearly visible, it had not been scrambled. Anyone could have accessed the key. Next, the unit is literally 2 feet from the main door. When you walk in, the bed is right there, with the headboard on that wall. That means you will hear everyone that enters or leaves the building from the bed. Housekeeping starts vacuuming the halls around 7AM, so between the front door and the vacuum, forget about sleeping in. The walls are thin and there is a door that seems to go to another unit. It doesn’t lock, it’s just blocked by a dresser. We could hear people and their dog barking very easily through that door. Didn’t feel very secure. The microwave looks like something exploded on the door and kept cooking. The heater was falling off the wall on the kitchen bar and two of the stools were very wobbly. Maintenance screwed the heater back on while we were there bc I notified them of the issues. The listing says you get one parking spot. It doesn’t say first come, first serve but that is what it is. If someone else takes up two spots, oh well. And they charge extra 3% to pay with a credit card.
