100 yds from Peak7 lifts! Ski in/ski out. Amazing amenities including game room, movie theaters, spa, workout facilities, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, kids pool area, adults only "grotto" spa area with steam, room, sauna, and waterfall, underground parking, and lockers!

This is a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchenette that includes fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Sitting area includes foldout couch and large widescreen TV. (Bedroom sleeps 2, Foldout Couch sleeps 2. Sleeps 4 people total.)

NOTE: This is Unit C. We also have Units A, B, and D. You can rent multiple units to make a 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, or 4 bedroom setup. Adjacent units are connected via an interior door. See our other multi bedroom listings.

We had such an amazing time. Tim’s place is the perfect location, it could not have been better. We had a minor hiccup with check in but Tim was responsive immediately and jumped right into action which was appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our little family of 3. It had all the amenities you could ask for, ski lift and gondola right outside the resort doors, ski lockers, garage parking, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, spa, onsite restaurant and an arcade & activity center for my 3 year old son. The suite we stayed in had a small kitchen, living room and a bedroom with a king size bed (there was also a pull out couch in the living room). It would probably be a little cramped for 4 guest, but if you’re only using the room to sleep and get dressed you should be fine (after all you are on vacation, why would you want to hang around in your room all day). The half kitchen was perfect for making breakfast & snacks, and was stocked with everything you would need to cook a small meal. The employees were all very friendly and well accommodating, they were able to fulfill every request we asked for. Our room was on the first floor, right across from the activity center, with a pool and ski lift view (the location was convenient to everything). We definitely would consider coming back to stay next year. Also, Tim was a great host and quick to respond to any inquiries.

I’ve stayed at the new Colorado Grand the past two years and wanted to try the Grand 7! Have to say I like Colorado Grand much better!
