Most friendly and accommodating staff; so pleasant and courteous. Very convenient and walkable to Main Street where most of the shopping and restaurants are. Free public transit was a nice surprise! I’ve stayed in two rooms here and can see why reviews are either great or terrible - it really depends on the room you get, and unfortunately there’s no way to choose when booking here. Some of the staff are exceptional however, and turned what would have been a one-star review stay to this five-star review. One tip may be to make sure and book a premium room, not the standard, even though they have the same description and (misleading) photos on this site. It is a great place to stay and the location is perfect for enjoying everything Breckenridge.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed and sofa beds were very cozy, kitchen has everything you need. The property’s hot tubs and fire pits are great. Deck on unit is small but fits 3 chairs.

The front desk person needs a lesson in elocution. The room was marginal and the 2 “reading lights” over the bed were non operational…no way to turn them on. Newly renovated bathroom was nice. Location very convenient so could walk easily everywhere and they allow guests to keep their cars in the covered parking garage till 4 PM after checkout which was very nice. So location great, facility mediocre.

The property was nothing like the pictures posted, which was very disappointing. The units are privately owned and decorated. The unit we had was old looking, and more specifically had: a very dirty carpet and it was torn by the front door; scum in the shower and the shower curtain was too small so water got on the floor; broken coffee pot (had to ask the front desk for a replacement); a hair dryer that never got hot; cheap toaster with broken parts inside; old, ratty looking pot holder; dark master bedroom (no overhead lighting, just end table lights); and scratched up furniture. Everything seemed cheap--little care and thought had been put into this place.
