Perfect for large groups, the open-concept living space combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Located on the top (3rd) floor, this spacious room features vaulted ceilings, beautiful pine accents, and 11 windows plus two skylights, offering luxury treehouse vibes. It’s designed for group gatherings, with a 60-inch smart TV, large sectional sofa seating 6, Bluetooth sound system, and family-friendly games.

KITCHEN / DINING
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for large groups. It includes a French-door refrigerator, electric stove, new dishwasher, oven, microwave, crock pot, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and premium knives. Situated between the living and dining areas, it’s convenient for serving meals. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the live-edge bar.

OFFICE
Ideal for remote work, the home office features a monitor, mouse, keyboard, HDMI cable, ergonomic chair, and printer, plus a cozy library.

Had a great time with family staying here. Located a little out of town but easy access to the ski resort and downtown. My only criticism is that some of the furniture is on the cheaper side (plastic dining room chairs). Overall, it was a great experience.

Great Family Getaway!

I stayed here with my wife, son, and our dog during the 4th of July week. It was such a relaxing and fulfilling trip. The house was perfect for us. We like to spread out and enjoy the amenities, which this house offered. The playroom was perfect for our son, and the fire pit was cozy for evening fires. Our dog enjoyed walking around the property and we all enjoyed some awesome hikes! If you have a big or small party, this house will definitely accommodate. Another great perk, the house is only 5-6 minutes to downtown Breck. Overall, great location and wonderful house. We will absolutely be visiting again in the future.

Great Breck Getaway

Stayed here Labor Day with group of friends and teens and was excellent from start to finish. Great communication with owners and they went above and beyond to keep in touch as neeeded. Private, spacious rooms but bathrooms not in the rooms so good for a group of couples or familes. Fully stocked with dishes ,spices, towels, etc. Seamless checkin and check out- space was excellent with hangout upstairs indoors and out, s’mores fire pit outside, and game room with air hockey and darts for teens- would definitely rent again!
