This condo provides plenty of dining space for your group with seating for six at the breakfast bar and six at the dining room table. Warm your toes with in-floor radiant heat while enjoying a glass of wine while grilling on the creekside front patio space. This home away from home will have your family well rested and ready for any mountain adventure that awaits. Enjoy a private gas grill on the front patio and shared indoor and outdoor hot tubs.

We loved the location and the house it was great. The kitchen was great and fridge size etc really good, it would be great if there could be some sharp knives in the kitchen they were blunt.

Fantastic Ski in/out Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed this condo for many reasons. Easy walk to town (10-15 minutes), the open floor plan with plenty of comfortable seating and sleeping for two families, and the especially convenient walk across the street to Snowflake chairlift. We literally could see the lift from the gorgeous picture window with window seat. The hottub was a delight after skiing. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable.
We experienced quick and easy communication with the host.
We would love to stay here again when in Breck!

Girls Ski Trip
This was perfect for three Moms on skis! We all had our own room, but the kitchen and living space was perfect to make some fun meals and just hang out after a long day of skiing. True benefit is just to walk across the parking lot to the snowflake chair and also at the end of day ski right to the back of that same parking lot. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a fun get away and the sunny blue sky runs!

Exceeded expectations
This property is not only clean but really beautiful. The location is outstanding for skiing and being close to town. Our group of 7 was comfortable in the open floor plan when hanging out all together. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom was very specious. The second bathroom was a little small for the rest of the group to share but we made it work. The communication between the management group (Fonda) was excellent. Next time in Breckenridge, we’ll want to stay there again!
