Location was excellenr and the property was generally well kept. Unfortunately the property's pictures list a queen pull out sofa. This is not located on the property, but instead there's a twin rollaway bed--a tough downgrade in sleeping accommodations for a property that lists its capacity as four people.

Perfect location

This condo is perfectly located just a short stroll into the historic Main Street. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including a well supplied kitchen and hot tub. I highly recommend staying here. This may be a condo-wide issue but the shower temperature was often mild, only 2/7 of my showers were hot. Wouldn’t deter us staying again though.

Location is great, its walking distance to all downtown without the hassle of being downtown. Parked the car at the assigned garage, all easy. I would say this is best for 2 adults and 2 kids max

Everything was great here! From checking in, we got the wrong time and were early. They still gave us our keys and pack and said they would call when it was ready. It was clean and perfect for us when we were go go go and there mostly to sleep. Would definitely stay again if we return!

Great Spot For A Couple in Breckenridge

We stayed for 5 nights as a couple in our late 20's and we had a fantastic time! We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was a little more updated than the listed pictures show; there was a brand new sectional couch in the living room that was super comfortable. Condo also had everything we needed for our stay other than our luggage. Communication with the host definitely could've been better however...numerous messages went unanswered about our stay until about a hour before we arrived to Breck. Also didn't have anything to say as we checked out. Just felt a little insincere honestly. Also we saw a previous review that said the bedroom window didn't lock and that was still the case in our stay. Breck felt very safe but not the best feeling in the world when feedback has been given about safety and then nothing was done about it when we were there. Other than that, we had a great time overall.

This condo is very clean, nicely spaced and easy to find. Communication with owner was on point. The hot tub was great after shredding Breck all day. I would stay there again.

The condo was within walking distance of town. Easy to get to. There was no view from the ground floor condo. Very nice to have assigned parking spaces. The condo was clean. It was lacking some basic amenities. It would be nice to have some laundry basics and some pantry basics.
