Fir the most part ok. Some minor things that needed fix that they didnt repair, doors on closet in bedroom, barstool broken. Nothing that bothered me. I just found some things odd like no shoes ..in winter i understand but not summer!

Very Disappointing for the Price

The mattresses were extremely old on every bed. You could feel the springs and hear them every time someone moved. Needless to say, no one in our party slept for 3 nights. We even considered leaving a day early because everyone was exhausted. I was told maintenance would be bringing one mattress topper for 4 beds, but they never showed up. Also, be aware there is no elevator in the building. I was injured while there and had to use the stairs on crutches. Maximum capacity for our unit was 8 with one parking pass. We had to park one of our vehicles a few miles down the road in a paid parking lot. Extremely disappointing for the price. I expected much more.

Cozy and comfortable

Great location for walking to main street Breck and catching bus for easy access to slopes. Enjoyed the completely filled kitchen with lots of cooking equipment and supplies to include oils/seasonings/tea/coffee/hot cocoa. Very cozy and comfortable. Would have been nice to have the key for the extra door outside for easy in/out access. Also with 2 bdrms, would have been nice to have 2 parking passes, one for the garage and the other for the parking lot since there was plenty of room in the lot.
