Great view from the balcony of Table Rock Lake, even saw the Showboat several times on the lake. The room was clean & very spacious. Loved the walk-in shower in the bathroom! We will definitely be staying there again!!

Was in the heat season. Worked great very clean also had enough towls and very hot water very much enjoyed our stay cant wait to visit again.

Place was great. Great View! Not sure if sheets had been changed from previous guest. Dishwasher smelled rank. Had wine glasses but now wine opener. No place to hang towels or clothes after showering. Overall, was comfortable.

Second time staying there . Everything was fine, but the carpet showed signs of previous guests spilling something as it had some stain spots. Was really no big deal but obvious signs of clumsy previous guests.

Parking was nice, area around the property was clean. Room was clean and as advertised. Stocked well with towels, extra pillows and linens. The air conditioning went out our third night there and the door lock needed to be replaced as it would malfunction and sometimes take 7 or 8 tries to enter the room with the key.

Overall excellent. Guard rails on balcony were somewhat loose so we were more cautious with our children. Otherwise, all was excellent

Our room could have been cleaner. There was hair in the living room on the rug. The kitchen was very unorganized and we felt like the dishes needed washed before using them. In the bigger bathroom shower there is nothing to hold onto and the floor gets pretty slick. Both bathrooms the grout was very dirty. There was a fireplace but no instructions on how to use it
