Good-
It wasn't in the middle of everything
easy to get in and out.
<5 minutes to get to the strip
Room/condo size was large and comfortable
Full kitchen
washer/dryer with soap
Bad-
First condo we were in as soon as you walked it it smelled like smoke so bad and the air filter was sitting on the floor. We asked if there was anyway to change rooms, they said yes and got switched to a new room (positive thing!)
Went to the new room and tried to get the kids settled, dinner, etc. Floors were ok, not super clean but not a huge deal. Walls were dirty but again not a huge deal.
The handle fell off the door knob to the bathroom while a little was in there. (They didn't have the handle screwed in so it literally just fell off.)
The other bathroom's shower curtain had mold on it.
There was beard hair in the sink (none of the adult men were there yet so not ours.)
One bed creaked if you took a big breath so all night was just squeaky nonsense and not the fun type.
EVERY sheet was dirty that was on the beds. They either had dirt, hair, or blood stains on each one.
One bed had a bug in the sheets under the covers (not a bed bug)
We texted and they did offer to return the cleaning fee and someone could bring cleaning supplies in a.m. but we had to get the kids to sleep on something and it was too late to change "hotels" so we had to go buy cleaning supplies at 10:30 p.m. and I was up until 3 a.m. washing all the bedding our first night there.
