Good-Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not so good-thin walls, small bath towels, no hangers or dresser, lack of outlets, and only luke warm water at best-both mornings. That being said, we have stayed there before and may again due to proximity of BOA

They were closed when I arrived at 9:30 and I had to call them. I guess I woke the lady at the front desk to check us in. Took her forever to check us in and then she tried to tell me I didn’t rent the rooms at the same time and I did. Went into our room and there was blood on mattress and box springs. Sheets were clean but did not fit the mattress. It was the worse experience I have ever had with hotels.com.

Very clean room. There were a couple of other guests checking in ahead of me. The desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. She kept the line moving quickly while still maintaining very courteous and thorough service to each person. Breakfast items were simple but adequate. The location is so convenient to access most shows and restaurants in town.

After reading the review i started not to book here but decided to and glad i did. The beds was so comfortable, staff was friendly, rooms clean, and it was close to everything. Will definitely stay here again. It was a little outdated but that didnt bother us.

Check-in was pretty seamless. Receptionist’s children were present during check-in. Room was adequate, and clean. Did notice something crusty on the underside of the comforter. Comfy beds. Quiet environment, slept great. Would stay here again. Great value.

Staff were very warm and welcoming. However, Upon getting into our room there were dirty wash cloths left in our shower, the heater smelled like something burning, and the room was in need of a general deep clean. We found wrappers and food missed in clean up. There were multiple cups full of cigarette butts sitting outside of rooms as well even though it’s posted that you’re not allowed to smoke near the building.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds...our kids and grandkids really enjoyed the stay. Location by The Tracks is incredible but it is enhanced by the simple amenities of both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room with the family friendly staff.
