We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, spacious living/dining area, everything we needed in the kitchen, beautiful grounds. The cleaning could have been a bit better - a few things left on the floor (vacuum?), bathroom counter was smeary (needed to be wiped down better), dirty towel on the floor in toilet room. Everything functioned well- washer/dryer, dishwasher; good water pressure, nice balcony. We would stay here again.

The room was large with a small kitchen area. It was great for having multiple families with their own space for an affordable price. Didn't love that at check in they try to basically sell a time share option to you for other locations. It was no real hassle though and could easily just say no thanks. The pool is in a separate building and is set up a bit like a greenhouse so due to the excessive heat outside the pool was closed during the day as the building gets very hot. Overall was a great option and close to Branson Landing.

Great place, would definitely stay again. Only complaint is the indoor pool area can be a bit overcrowded. As an adult wanting to use the hot tub, but unable due to it being full and also kids jumping in and out of it. Would recommend for a resort this size having more than 1 hot tub available. Maybe another towards the east side of the resort would help. Other than that, everything was great.

We literally had to go and buy socks because the carpet was turning our feet and socks black it was so dirty. The air vents in the master bedroom barely worked, the people above us were so loud we got no sleep and the beds are rock hard. It was absolutely horrible.

Was first assigned to a B lockout room that didn't have a washer/dryer or a balcony, but once I called reception desk, were reassigned to an A room. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed golfing on their golf course.
