The Space:
Elevator!! The Landing Retreat is a gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom spacious condo that you are going to love. The theme was inspired by the Branson Railway and the condo is tastefully decorated to remind you of downtown Branson. With beautiful new furniture and all new everything, this condo stands out as one of the best values in Branson. You will enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from your brand new recliner listening to music on your 55" streaming smart tv. The bedroom has a brand new king sized mattress and all new linens. Brand new stunning outdoor pool, kids play area, gazebo and firepit is all included in your stay. You and your family will have full access to a complete gym and indoor pool for your entire stay.

This condo is a dog friendly condo, please read all of the rules below.

To accommodate additional sleeping needs, the living-room sofa folds into a queen-size bed.

Once you’re settled in, head back to living room and relax on comfy leather seating in the warmth of the electric fireplace. Enjoy your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the 55" Insignia FireTV, accessing popular streaming channels using your own log-ins. Or play host-provided games.

Explore a local facility that expands the amenities available to you. You will enjoy a Brand new stunning outdoor pool, kids play area, gazebo and firepit is all included in your stay.

At mealtime, prep and cook in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

Grab your morning coffee from the coffee station with Keurig coffeemaker and coffee supplies.

Dine at the high-top table for 4. The table can also be used as a workspace.

Indoor Gym and Pool
M-F 5 am - 9 pm
Sat-Sun 8 am - 8 pm

There are aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee but the pool is not available for open swim during those times.

At 'The Landing Retreat' we extend a warm welcome to our four-legged guests! We happily accommodate one dog weighing up to 25 pounds to accompany you during your stay. A one-time pet fee of $75 per stay applies. We kindly request that while you're away from the condo, your furry friend be comfortably crated and not allowed on furniture at any time. This helps ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Your pet must always be on a leash when outside the condo and please, please pick up after your pet and dispose of it outside in the dumpster. Please keep in mind that any damages caused by your pet will be an additional charge billed to the guest who booked your vacation. Let's work together to ensure that your pet's stay is as enjoyable as yours.
