Very clean room, beautiful view comfy bed prices too high water was seven dollars per bottle in your room And I didn’t like that they will not let you use the cart to get your luggage out unless they do it so you have to pay , and it’s $15 to park your car or $20 to ballet but you have to do one or the other within 90 minutes of being there. Other than that, it’s nice.

It was a nice place, clean, but dated. Everything is an extra charge I mean everything, they leave water bottles in your room for $7.00 a bottle, they charge $17 dollars a day to park, no continental breakfast but they do have a very expensive "restaurant" and coffee shop. nice place will not stay there again.

The team did the best that they could to help us out, but the room was 84 degrees and the air conditioner didn’t work. They tried to help and switch us rooms, but didn’t realize it didn’t have a pull out sofa bed and it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous stay. We ended up having to switch hotels. I wasn't told about the free breakfast. Our room was dated and our A/C didn't work. Overall the Resort needs some TLC, our Shower knob was about to fall off & we had no wash cloths! Resort fee charge when we checked out!! We should have gotten a discount. Very disappointed ☹️

Staff was great! Room was good! The water was slow & the water temperature was to cool. Never got hot like I personally like it. They really need to update it.
