The room. The bathroom sink was extremely slow draining. Couldn’t brush my teeth with out turning the water off. There were only 1 set of towels in the whole room and there weee 2 of us. Asked a staff in the hallway for towels she said she would bring them and never showed up. Night desk staff was miserable and not a good communicator
