We are located in the famous RiverPoint Boat community that is conveniently located 13 miles to the charming white sands and restaurants of quaint Anna Maria Island. River Pointe is located near the Braden and Manatee Rivers, and the palm-tree lined home is situated around a saltwater canal.
The breezy backyard paradise is sure to be your favorite to socialize and work on your tan! Enjoy the sunsets over our waterfront covered Lanai patio with heated pool. Indulge in endless amenities, like hardwood floors and a shuffleboard table, in our professionally designed, canal-front home, which sleeps 12. This spacious 2,500 square foot home is ideal for large families, multiple generations, business groups, multiple couples, snowbirds, sports tournaments, or anyone who desires a generous space to unwind with style. The deck of the lift is 11x16 and 12,000lbs.
