Welcome to this beautiful 3 bedroom home that has been renovated. You'll be greeted with an open and bright space with beautiful 4 panel French doors leading into a large backyard. The oversize pool can also be heated but please check with the hosts with regards to the terms and conditions. The location is ideal, a quick 4.3 mile drive takes you to Holmes Beach on Anna Maria, 15 minutes to IMG academy and the closest airport, SRQ only 30 minutes away. Restaurants and stores like Publix and Fresh Market are all just around the corner from the home.

Happiness for all

We had a fantastic month. The house is open and comfortable. The yard is big, nice ( grass for the dog)The pool is wonderful!! We were in it almost EVERY day.The hostess is friendly helpful and quickly responds to any questions.She gave us information about the local parks which we walked and fished on a daily basis.Can’t wait until next year.

The property is in a great neighborhood. It is open and looks like everything is new. Backyard was awesome and when it gets warm enough to use the pool we will definitely be back! The response to all my questions were very fast! The place had everything you need. Definitely will be back!
