Upon entering the condo, you will find an open concept floor plan with sophisticated décor. The living room has two large plush couches, an adjoining day chair, and boasts views of the stunning lake. Adjacent is the kitchen and dining table, which can accommodate more than four comfortably. The large kitchen has granite countertops, a large island, stainless steel appliances and is perfect for preparing your treats.Тhe kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. There is a total of five barstools as well. Living room and all 3 rooms has a Smart ROKU TV`s. Master bath has walk in tile shower. Second bath located at the front of the home has double sinks with tub/shower combo. This open floor plan lends itself to Florida lifestyle living with gorgeous lake and golf course views from the kitchen, living room and lanai. Enjoy hours of entertainment as you entertain guests and watch the golfers navigate the new Arnold Palmer designed 36 hole golf course! Enjoy resort style living in Lakewood Ranch's newest golf Community.
Free Satellite Pool is on the side of the buildings !
Only upon request of the guest : Membership one time transfer fee (Non refundable) it will be $600 per stay (payment is due to the community's Admin office before you arrive). Amazing property

Tzonka was an amazing host. She did everything she could possibly do to get us in this property immediately due to an emergency. The condo had everything we could possibly need to make our stay extremely comfortable. Tzonka was very responsive to any request or possible need we had during our entire stay. The amenities were amazing And made this property a real value.

We are remodeling our house and needed a place to stay. The condo was amazing. Very clean. Had everything we needed to feel at home. Tzonka was an amazing host !!
