This house is a perfect location to AMI without staying on the island! Also close to grocery and other stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet. Upon our arrival, we did have to contact management for the code to the door and to turn the pool heater on, but they were very prompt and addressed the pool heater immediately. We did have two (very minor) concerns, which could just be personal preference. One was the bed in the primary bedroom. It was comfortable, but if you and/or significant other are light sleepers and toss/turn, the bed makes loud noises that will awake you - all night. The second concern is the amount of pet hair. It was on the rugs, indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, and throw blankets/pillows. We do not have any pets back home, but our clothes and socks were covered. I dropped a pillow off the bed onto the floor, and was covered in animal hair. We do not like pet hair, but as previously stated, personal preferences. Overall, we loved this house and would most definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed and a lot of space! It was a short drive to the island as well, which worked out wonderful for us. Amazing amenities and the manager of the house stopped by to check on things and was very friendly and added pool heat right away, which we were very thankful for.
