The Cathedral ceilings expand and compliment the terrific "open concept" throughout the common areas and flows right to the sliding glass doors and out to the HUGE caged in pool deck! "Whooh Hoooh!" “EN SUITE”/MASTER BEDROOM – Sterns and Foster king-size bed, two “Top-of-the-line” queen-size air mattresses with electric air pump in the “walk-in-closet”. Beautiful extra large walk-in shower with mosaic tiles. Large window facing west for beautiful sunsets on the lake views.

SECOND BEDROOM: - Posterpedic queen-size mattress, walk-in closet, very comfortable!

THIRD BEDROOM: - Good for children with two twin beds with new mattresses, walk-in closet, also very comfortable and private.

LIVING ROOM COUCHES: Double Lazy Boy and Two Comfy couches!

PLENTY OF EXTRA BEDDINGS/LINENS, sleeping bags, and lots and lots of big fluffy pillows!

SECOND BATHROOM: In between second & third bedrooms with full bath, shower and all amenities.

BATHROOM SUPPLIES: 24 Bath Towels, 10 Hand Towels, 20 Wash Cloths, Soaps, Shampoos, Extra Hygiene supplies if needed. Toilet papers and all toiletries.

OUR LUXURY KITCHEN: We have every possible "top of the line" amenity to offer especially in the kitchen; including brand new and state of the art, emerald pearl granite counter tops and gorgeous brand new GE appliances! We also include blender, mixer, toaster, huge crock pot, waffle maker, salad maker, tea maker, espresso maker, coffee maker, K-Cup maker, heavy duty fresh juicer, and many more fun kitchen contraptions. The cabinets hold three different and exquisite dining plates sets, glasses, mugs, every hand utensil known to man, and in addition we offer the same in hard plastic for outdoor dining on the deck! There is Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, condiments, 100’s of spices, paper towels and plates. The HUGE DINING TABLE area has a huge window with all the views of the lake. THE POOL & BACKYARD ARE CLASSIC & CUSTOM Tom Sanger built with original design work by Jackie! The backyard has a boat dock, a hammock, and a great big outdoor grille with beautiful and tall white panel fence around the property for extra added privacy. There is the BEST SUNSET VIEW SITTING IN THE POOL, sitting on the boat dock, or laying in the giant hammock while watching the sunsets and moonlight and stars dance on the lake. AWWWHHHH, life is really good here!

THE GARAGE: is also stocked with very nice bicycles, fishing poles and equipment, beach supplies; chairs, toys, floats, and umbrellas, ice chests and coolers, and still plenty of room to park a large vehicle!!

I offer unlimited and free one-week passes to a new "state of the art" LAFitness and they have a huge hot tub, wooden courts, weights, classes and EVERYTHING you can possibly think of and it is less than a mile away.

You are about 8 minutes from the many Anna Maria Island white sand beaches and 20 minutes south to Lido and/or Siesta Key Beaches.

GT Bray Park and sports complex is 1.5 mile away and offers a huge park for family picnics, doggy park, baseball fields with ball machines, weighlifting gym, giant pool, and basketball, tennis courts and the largest PICKLE BALL COMPLEXES in Florida and all for amazingly cheap rates.

This house is really a terrific value and it is brand new on a beautiful lake, and in a strategically awesome central location to get to all the fun very quickly! I have many brochures at the house and I will text and email info for the best of water sports adventures, deep sea or whatever kind of fishing or parasailing charters that you desire!

The back yard is completed fenced in with tall white panel fencing for extra added privacy. There is a boat dock and a two man kayak for the lake and fishing poles. There are hundreds of places to rent or buy what you need very inexpensively too. This is fishing heaven in this whole area!

We have some of the best charter services for water sports in south Florida! The Ringling and Dali museums are a nice day trip away as well as Disney World, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and many, many more. Sarasota and the Sarasota Airport are10 minutes south on Tamiami Trail. St. Pete is 22 min north to the famous Sunshine Skyway Bridge and ginormous fishing pier with kite sailing, wind-surfing and any kind of water sport and charter service that you can think of! There are so many terrific local fishing piers and marinas everywhere and great eating establishments are at your fingertips!

There is great outdoor living with completely screened in pool and large patio with every possible amenity for BBQ parties and fun on the lake! I also have some holiday and special events decorations stocked in the house.

There is a new "state of the art" LAFitness Gym and Spa and they have a huge hot tub, weights, aerobics, sauna, and hardwood floors for yoga, dance and basketball courts less than a mile away. I can get one week passes.

The largest PICKLE BALL facility in Floida is 5 minutes drive at GT Bray Park!! The rates are very reasonable and the park is huge and offers everything!
