Front desk was amazing and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Only problem we had was the room was RIGHT NEXT to the housekeepers washer/dryer and they were NOT very quiet and some of the guests were loud when walking around in the hallway.

The property was clean and well kept. Acceptable breakfast selections except shortages for the later comers like us. The biggest issue was that we stayed 3 nights and the morning after night 2 we asked for garbage removal and new towels. This was in the morning. That night when we returned at 9pm, the garbage was still full and no new towels. I went to the desk and asked why. I was told that the staff was "new" and had 60 rooms to clean and just ran out of time. He did give us a big garbage bag to empty our own garbage and brought us towels about half an hour later. Being as old as we are, we remember when rooms were cleaned every day in hotels/motels. This kind of excuse is unacceptable to us. Some consideration to the ownership.

Comfortable clean hotel, the staff very helpful.

Very comfortable, clean and the staff helpful. We booked an extra night through a different agent and the receptionist arranged for us to have the same room for both nights. The hotel was near all the required facilities and near the airport. The breakfast was very good with hot food as well as continental. We had a lovely stay.

I reserved a mobility accessible room, and paid for it when booking online. The room was given away before my arrival. I had to climb stairs to get to the room given me, had a bathroom so small that you could hardly turn around in it, a low toilet, and no grab bars. The staff checking me in seemed concerned and stated that they would investigate what had happened since they claimed they had no record of the request for the mobility accessible room, even though the paper work that I presented to them clearly states it was to be an accessible room. They took a copy of the paperwork and said I would hear back from them yet that evening. I heard nothing. The check out staff the following morning demonstrated a poor attitude when I told them of the situation.

The ataff not only helped with late check in and advising on transportation for a late arriving flight but were so incrediblely gracious in making aure my husban was able to find me, and get me the rest of tge way home ! Above and beyond in service, cleanliness, comfort, and convenience!

It's sufficient for a short stay. Room was okay but nothing outstanding. Kind of smelled like a mix between cigarettes and a boy's high school locker room. Just opened the window and that helped some.
