The stay was nice but the building was old and there was a pretty bad smell in the common areas. The stairs were really bad. Having a continental breakfast was nice but wasn't anything special. The room was clean but the toilet wouldn't flush properly and they replaced the door with a barn door slider that when opened covered that light to the bathroom and when closed offered very little privacy. The staff was very nice and the ambiance when entering the lobby was very "country" which was a great feel.

Pour shuttle service.

we pre arranged for shuttle service from airport to hotel. when we arrived I called hotel for the shuttle lady for the shuttle service said she was making a drop off in Big Sky 50 miles away. but would find us a ride. when she called back stating we would have to meet this car at ride share at the airport. my wife has M.S. and cannot walk very far. I explained this to the shuttle lady. She said it is not very far. We walked Aprox 3/4 of a mile pulling or luggage to find rideshare. My wife was totaly wore out. and is still in bed two days later. I consider this very poor service for something that was pre-arranged.

Staff at front desk when we checked in late Saturday evening, and again when we checked out the next morning was very efficient and welcoming! My only negative was the bed was pretty creaky and not comfortable. Great breakfast! Thank you!!
