We really enjoyed our stay at the M Hotel in Buffalo. Its location was perfect—close to both restaurants and the mall—so it was easy to keep the kids entertained between family visits. The pool was excellent, and having access to a laundry room was a huge plus (with no wait, which was surprising).
Even though the hotel was busy with kids in town for local tournaments, it never felt loud or chaotic. The kids were well-behaved, which made for a relaxed and comfortable stay overall.
