Big but needs fixing

This is the suite with 3 beds. The room is very large. However, the sanity sink is too narrow, not enough space to put all stuff. Many of the electrical outlets are not working. There's always some water leaking out to the floor and even outside of tge bathroom after showering no matter how we carefully put the shower curtain.

Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms are really tiny though! The staff didn’t service the room on our second day of stay. So we had to go and get fresh towels and the trash wasn’t emptied. Breakfast quality was good. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Parking onsite was very helpful!

I don’t know if these reviews are legit but my experience with this hotel was horrible. When booking a hotel I read reviews to help decide where I will book. I expect three things, cleanliness, comfort & above all else safety. I was not provided any of these things at this property. The first night, our tail light was busted out. They only have cameras in the breezeway. No cameras and parking lot was not well lit. Area was sketchy. Staff entered our room when we were out even though we had DND posted on our door. Carpet in room was sticky. Something splattered across cabinet doors. Pool was ice cold. Area around pool marked off with caution tape. Breakfast was cold. Except the waffles that you make yourself. Overall it was the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel and we travel at least once a month. If you want safety, cleanliness & comfort, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

The receptionist was not kindly! The room is damp and smelly! The furniture is very dusty! The pastels and pillows smell! The walls are extremely soundproof, a lot of noise comes into the room! We did not like it and were not satisfied!

The property was a little bit old, but it was very pleasant and much nicer than many more modern hotels with very high ratings. I would definitely recommend staying there, and would return again. It is also very close to the Niagra Falls Airport, and car rental offices.

The room and breakfast were great. The only downside was the pool. It had an area that was in need of repair, so the staff put up yellow caution tape, which deterred us from using the pool.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with my experience. The room was inconvenient, lacking a bathtub and with the sink located outside the bathroom. The sanitary fittings were also subpar. Breakfast was decent, but there were no options for extra orders. When I requested room cleaning, I was told they needed approval from the manager, which was frustrating. Room service was limited to the morning around 10 AM, and if you missed it, there were no second chances. The pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult for me to sleep well, especially considering I had paid for an executive room. Overall, I do not plan to stay here again.
