Terrible check in service. Old, out dated hotel. Awful, very over priced restaurants. Not being able to leave a debit or cash deposit is so outdated it's crazy. I offered a $1000 deposit on the room in place of $100 credit card deposit, and was refused. They would not allow it, I was told I could not check in and could find another place to stay. I was made to borrow a credit card to place a deposit after a 3 hour commute to the dump of a hotel. It's a real shame the place in such bad shape and the staff are not helpful. Hotel could be amazing but sadly it's anything but.

The room was okay. The curtains were falling off the curtain rod. The beds were not great. We did not get room service for a 3 day stay because we did not get explanation regarding room service not being offered unless card was hung on door. Overall the experience was okay at best. The best part was the water slide.

We spent New Year’s Eve there and they held special activities to celebrate - a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for all adults and a DJ and balloon drop at midnight - totally unexpected and lots of fun
