Location of this property is what really lets it down, accepted it is in a city centre but the area is very run down, full of vape shops, takeaways and noisy bars with large groups exiting in the early hours especially at weekends. Not a great part of town to walk to and from especially with children.The apartment is good with plenty of space, not quite the premium advertised. Nothing major just little things let it down, no cupboard in kitchen area to store food, limited hot water for family of four or more, en-suite shower light switches off mid shower, there is only 1 hand brush and dustpan no floor brush/mop/hoover to keep a large apartment clean. Only clothing rails no drawers in most rooms. Apartment probably more suited to groups of younger people on weekend breaks than families for a week. No parking at property unless you pay 15 a day, if not the parking is very limited nearby.
