"Ginestra Apartment" is a romantic, elegant, welcoming and typical apartment in the heart of the hills! The first-floor apartment in a characteristic historic building has an independent entrance, is about 45 sqm and can accommodate 2 people, it is perfect for couples of all ages who want to spend a beautiful and romantic holiday in the hills, for children and for those travelling for work! It is furnished with rustic-style furniture that creates a very warm atmosphere and perfectly matches the brick details and Tuscan terracotta floor. It consists of a living-dining area with a small table and open-plan kitchen, from which you access the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning are available! The swimming pool is available from 1 May to 30 September! Cot available for a fee of €40/stay to be paid on site. Washing machine shared and available at a cost of €4.00/wash
