Sink didn't drain properly. More importantly, the room temperature couldn't be controlled with the thermostat. I had to open the window to cool it down in my room, in the winter, and it was still over 25 degrees C in my room and throughout the upper floors of the hotel. It was so hot that my deodorant had softened. The heat was inexcusable.

The lady that checked me in was very rude. My room heater was not working properly, it was very hot in there, and when I went to take a shower, the shower head was not good, there was barely any water coming out of it. I stayed in room 417. I just picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and the shuttle was included, but for the money I paid and the conditions I slept in I was a booking I regret. Don’t think I ll stay here again.

Staff were extremely friendly everything was pleasant, clean & breakfast amazing! My only negative is that they arent extremely attentive about maid service and staying multiple days everyday except for one i had to approach the cleaners in the hallway myself. My room never came with a door card and looking around many also didnt have them. I was later given a card on my last night but this would have been convenient to hve from the beginning. I do recommend staying here if your in the area this would be my first choice
