Le Gîte De Saint Ahon – Unique Stay in a Historic Château near Bordeaux

Located in Blanquefort, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Le Gîte Du Château Saint Ahon offers a unique 90 m² accommodation in a château for up to 8 guests. You’ll find 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and 2 extra single beds. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, filter coffee maker, and a baby cot. During your stay, you can visit the on-site shop with many local products, enjoy tourist activities, and take part in tastings.



Relax in your private garden with an open terrace, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers, just a few meters from the historic château.



Bed linen is available by reservation and for an extra fee, as is cleaning. Towels are not included. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen is provided free of charge.



Three shared parking spaces are available on site, with a private entrance from the street and self check-in for your convenience. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Please note that events are not permitted and the property is non-smoking.



Your accommodation is on the Château Saint Ahon estate, a remarkable monument once owned by Charles Secondat de Montesquieu in the 18th century. Destroyed during the French Revolution, it was rebuilt under the First Empire and restored in 1875 in the Louis XIII style. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Arcachon is about 1 hour by car, Lacanau 40 minutes, and Bordeaux Saint Jean train station 35 minutes away.
