Great Stay in the Heart of Bordeaux The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with two nightstands and plenty of outlets to charge our devices. I loved the tall windows that let in lots of natural light, and the closet was roomy and even had its own light. The room also had a small table with two chairs — perfect for meals or working. The kitchenette was convenient, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a few pots for light cooking. The bathroom was small but well-designed, with a heated towel rack and a shower that offered plenty of space and excellent water pressure. The location was perfect — just steps away from the Cathedral of Saint Catherine and close to many shops and restaurants. We felt safe walking around, even at night, and it was easy to take the bus back to the train station. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English, which made check-in and recommendations very easy. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful place to stay in Bordeaux!

This small boutique hotel is very comfortable and fashionable. The chairs at the small table are not comfortable for long sitting. Otherwise the amenities are perfect.

Not worth it. Nice enough for an average hotel. No comparison with 3 or 4 star hotels. Not well li; no special things given the price. Also Uber drivers have great difficulty finding the place.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable.

Really great location for the hotel, we arrived at night so wasn’t the easiest to find straight away. Easy to get to everywhere either on tram or walking, great food locally. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, we were unsure whether the hotel had a restaurant as we were never told about it asked so maybe they didn’t. However we forgot our plug converters and the staff were able to lend us two plugs which was excellent. The room was lovely, not a great view out of the window, looking directly at another wall but it was nice. The only thing we thought was that the bed was made for us but not changed, we understand for the environment bedding but not be changed everyday however staying 5 days for the cost we paid the bedding should have been changed, especially the pillows. Having said that we would stay again at the hotel and we would highly recommend it for location, friendliness of staff and comfort.

Freezing room with unproper heating system. Front desk was supposed to be staffed until 7pm, nobody there after 2 pm. Calls to the number provided and messages to the whatsapp contact provided by the property were never answered. You need to have the basics covered if you want to be a hotel, let alone a "boutique" hotel. Avoid like the plague.
