Staff here are very friendly and helpful. My room was a little by small but it was very comfortable and clean and had a nice bathroom (mini fridge didn’t work though’. Parking onsite is very convenient but at €25 per night quite expensive. I would stay here again and it is handy for the city.

The hotel was stylish and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and the location was great. There was a bit of noise from staff using a staircase over night and only heating available in November, so the room was a little stuffy. The staff brought a fan but it was so loud and had a blue light that was too bright to sleep.

Outstanding property, only enhanced by the customer care dedication. The woman at reception insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs for us when I was capable of doing it myself. Additionally, I’ll spare all the details, but the hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us recover a bag that was lost in an Uber after our departure. They provided translated communication with the driver which proved to be key to recovering it.
