Pour un WE très ensoleillé, à 10 personnes, nous avons tous ét é très heureux et enchantés d'investir cette jolie demeure Bordelaise. Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour. Merci.

Haus mit tollem Charme des 19. und 20. Jahrhunderts und im EG sehr hohen Räumen. Sehr gut und recht modern - dabei ausgewogen -renoviert. Viel Platz im Haus mit großem Eingangsbereich, Küche mit offenem kleinerem Essbereich und offenem Kamin, Kaminzimmer, Salon mit großem Fernseher, Bibliothek sowie Bad mit Dusche und WC im EG sowie 5 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern mit Dusche (ohne WC) im 1.OG; hier im OG nur ein kleines und separates WC. Riesiges Gelände mit mit vielen alten Bäumen sowie Pool und überdachter Grillstelle inkl. Essbereich für lange Abende im Freien. Tischtennisplatte auf Anfrage kostenlos verfügbar.
Recht zentrale und gute Lage, da nur ca. 20 - 25 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Bordeaux und ca. 30 Minuten zu den Weinkellereien (z.B. nach St. Emillion). Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. 2 Supermärkte fußläufig innerhalb von ca. 600 - 1.000 Metern erreichbar.
