I think the poolside room was really nice, clean and spacious. A really nice bathroom with plenty of room and super clean. The breakfast was top tier and outstanding. All hotel staff are super polite and attentive. I can't give a 4 or 5 star because were in 2026, with a room that doesn't have an y apps and very basic cable for the price point. I will come back here because I enjoyed it, but I'll be sure to bring my laptop to watch tv at night as I settle in.

Staff and cleanliness were outstanding! The staff at the restaurant including security were so attentive and anticipated all our needs. Linel was especially helpful! Also, the room was very clean, especially the bathroom, as well as the restroom next to the restaurant.

Room was clean & bed was cozy. Although I didn’t need room service for my stay they still left a note every day saying they stopped by & the DND sign was up. The real 5 stars goes to Maria. She helped me get my passport & wallet back after I left it in the safe & had already been leaving the dock to head to the airport. She made it an easy smooth process & not stressful at all. Thankfully my friend had a friend pick it up for me at the hotel & dropped it off in Manila. Thank you again Maria! Will definitely be saying here again. Staff is amazing & very helpful getting you safely across the street to beach access & the best breakfast buffet you will ever have. 10/10 recommend!

Front staff are friendly, food is served fresh everyday. Rooms are smaller than expected. Overall amenities, feels tight and squeezed in. My daughter was stung by a jellyfish and they did not have a first aid kit or even Vinegar, I had to ask the next door restaurant. Very slow food service if it's not breakfast. Too many unnecessary "Helpers" esp baggages waiting for handouts-- it's okay but it's overwhelming when too many people are entitled of tips (And this seems common in the whole Boracay too). It could have been more peaceful and relaxing.

Staff are very friendly. Breakfast have good choices. The only thing I dont like is our room is all the way to the end and we have to cross the street to get to the beach,I wasn't aware that they have 2 separate hotel, 1 next to the beach and 1 across the street.

Nice courteous staff and the restaurant was most pleasant. We enjoyed the drinks, music & breakfast Communication by the hotel, however is HORRIBLE. Our requests for pick up & for rooms together went unanswered despite 3 reminders. Unfortunately the request to Expedia too were un resolved The pool too was a disappointment

This was the second time we stayed at a Hennan, the last time seemed better than this time. We paid for an upgraded room this time. The resort is generally run ok but at times the check-in/ checkout processes seem overwhelming, everywhere else in the world you hand over some ID and a credit card and they handle the rest. Not here, they ask for booking confirmation documents, receipts for anything you have prepaid. Luckily for us we had copies of everything, you would think that they would also. Our room wasn't ready, so they offered a complimentary drink. When we tried to use the vouchers, we were offered cucumber juice.. we asked to swap for a bottle of water and 2 managers later they gave us was we asked for. Surely they could spare the 29c for a bottle of water considering we paid over $1000 to stay. Room was good, most staff are friendly and attentive.

Not exactly as nice as it appears online. My toilet stopped flushing, no view and hot everywhere unless in the room. The food wasn’t bad but the coffee was. It was middle of the road in my opinion.
