The staff at Henann Prime were some of the most hospitable, gracious, respectful and friendly people that we have encountered. The consideration and kindness that they displayed made this one of our most enjoyable vacations ever. We will definitely be back at Henann Prime. The ability to access the beach from the resorts restaurant was what blew us away! The service was top notch, very available for our every little need. They were exceptionally attentive. Lastly the rooms were kept so proper and felt very comfortable and clean. The massages were soo well done too!

My husband and I loved this hotel. The location was excellent for us; quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The views from the hotel restaurant were stunning. Transportation to get anywhere was easily accessible, and the staff was always helpful. We had the beachfront access room, and every morning we were out on the balcony just enjoying the sound of the waves. During the sunset hours, it got a bit crowded but not as much as it would if you were staying by station 2. The grotto is about a 5 minute walk to the left of the beach. There weren't many beach vendors which is nice when you are trying to enjoy some peace and quiet. Massages were easy to book, and you can get them poolside or in your room. We will definitely be back again.

Awesome beachfront. The pool area is also good but it would be great if the water is a little warmer. Staff are great, very helpful and respectful. The grand deluxe room is spacious and the balcony makes it even more desirable. Very nice beach hotel and I will choose it again in my next Bora trip!

They charged me 50 pesos because I ordered a second bucket of ice, that is just dumb. 50 pesos is literally nothing so why even make the guest feel like they are asking for too much from the staff. Left early, my room sat empty for four days, went to a different hotel, will not be staying their again.

Although the resort itself was very clean. I've never heard the word "no" so much in my entire life. The restaurant food was unpleasant, we couldn't exchange our drinks for another. You could only order the drinks that were available on the menu, the bartenders weren't skilled in making everything. I booked two rooms accidently and only stayed in one and couldn't get a refund. There were so many rules that required a fee, I was afraid to touch anything. I will not be returning.

Not many vegetarian options at restaurant And ask the manager at restaurant if they can customize, answered if we remove the meat and seafood pay the same price , that’s the way it is
