This is our 2nd stay here Henann Palm Beach Resort and next time we will definitely book again. Our first stay was for 14 nights and this stay was 7 nights. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Hotel is old, doors not sealed properly so cockroaches come in. 4/5 nights I found one in my room. Pool is overly busy and hard to get a spot. Same with the beach. Service from staff could be greatly improved to be more friendly. Food was okay, made me sick on 1 night though. The grand view room has a terrific view but otherwise pretty mediocre experience.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay. Clean and nice ambiance. Staff are friendly. Love the pool access. Good breakfast buffet. The only downfall, there were some mosquitoes in the room. But overall, still love the place!

We really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was amazing, the restaurant and hotel is just in front of the beach, very clean and safe walking distance to station 1 and 3 a lot of restaurants and shops around. The stuff was always helpful, the room was big and comfortable and everything worked properly. The prices for the activities were the same that were offer outside, so we use their service. Also de round trip shuttle from the airport very well organized, is worth it, and you don’t have to carry your bags. The only downside is that the sunbeds in the infinity pool were always taken, very difficult to find a spot there.

I absolutely love this hotel. It is just beautiful in the best position (Station 2) on Boracay’s pristine White Beach. Boracay was cleaned up in 2018 and the result is a lovely area and super clean beach. The Henan Palm rooms are beautiful overlooking the beach with swaying palm trees framing the ocean. We ate at the hotel buffet each night. It is varied and fantastic value. Breakfast was included in our tariff and it was always excellent. The staff at the Henan are extremely well trained and polite. The restaurant staff Rose and Josh were a delight (and great dancers at their nightly 7.30pm dance off). The Sky Pool was my favourite swim spot at the hotel, but there are also two other big pools. We’ll be coming back to the Henan Palm

All about this property is 10! What can be a minus is the "pushing locals" who is trying to sell you anything...daily... I can say is anoying! Be awere of scaming...Don't chose "fish market" because, in the end, u will pay more than in to a fine restaurant! I fully recommend to chose all Henan Offers of dinning, breackfest...

Conveniently located in Station 2 and nearby D-Mall and all the food options. Hotel had two pools and reserved beach front access. Breakfast buffet was good with wide selection of local and western food choices. The room seemed a bit worn though. Grout was dirty or damaged and there were not enough bath mats/floor mats considering. Considering it has pools and nearby beach, it would be good if there were more mats in the hotel for guests to clean their feet/shoes of water and sand.
