Best location and the friendliest staff in the Phillipines! Amazing buffet with the best ocean front restaurant. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Boracay!

Upon arrival in Manila Nov 4 we were advised all flights on every airline to Boracay were canceled and unknown when they would resume due to Typhoon Tino. We had booked this hotel only 24 hours before and didn't know about the typhoon when we booked. We advised hotel of our situation and requested a refund since we didn't know when we could get there. We overnighted in Manila and flew home the next morning. All that was offered was to come back within 30 days and no other exceptions-not even a partial refund. This hotel kept our money for our entire stay of 4 nights. I feel robbed.

I recently stayed at Henann Palm Beach Resort in Boracay. Overall, my experience was okay. The resort is located in Station 2—still convenient, though a bit farther down from the point where most visitors first arrive on the island. The food at the hotel was decent, but I often chose to explore the nearby restaurants along the beach for more variety. One thing I appreciated was the number of dining options just a short walk from the resort. The staff, for the most part, were kind and welcoming. There were a few moments when some interactions felt less helpful than expected, but overall, most of the team provided good service. I would still recommend this hotel to others because of its location, amenities, and overall value. However, based on my personal preferences and experience, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.

Room size is good. Has a great view The breakfast spread is large. Even the buffet dinner has a large spread. The only gripe I have is that they don't change the menu in the five nights we were there. Only a small minute. Incremental change in cuisine so not tempting . Would suggest they have some theme in the buffet which can make it tempting to eat there each day. Good entertainment each day. Pool is excellent Will recommend
