We stayed in a room with direct pool access, which sounded great when booking, but we were disappointed to find a whole block of units looking straight into our room. It didn’t feel very private compared to other properties we’ve stayed at. If I was to book again I would definitley choose a sea view. The pool was also quite cold, and hardly anyone seemed to use it during our stay. The shutters wouldn’t stay closed properly, so we had to prop a chair against them for privacy. The room itself was nice though — clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Breakfast wasn’t great, except for the crofules (croissant-waffles) they had on two mornings, which were amazing! Some dishes were empty and not replenished quickly, and there weren’t many western options. Bar service was also a bit slow. The best part was the location — close to the markets and restaurants, and right on a stunning stretch of beach.

I had a fantastic stay at Hennan Palm Hotel! The property is incredibly clean, and the infinity pool is a definite highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The location is ideal, just a short walk to D Mall, so everything you need is nearby. The buffet breakfast offers a great variety, with something for everyone. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel, staff are friendly. The rooms are very spacious. The transfers from airport to hotel is so convenient especially if you have a little one. They have loads of pool, it was never crowded. Food is fab, tho not very clear about the 'no left over' policy, as we have a toddler, not sure if they are included on that policy. Location is great, very accessible to the beach. We will definitely come back again.

The experience at Henann Palm Beach was exquisite, the rooms and views were amazing, great experience with the staff, they are super friendly and they really take care of you (just one lady at the front desk during my check out was rude, bad experience), overall great hotel and amenities. Definitely a good option oceanfront in Boracay. Loved my stay.

Great Hospitality

I had a pool access veiw which was great as long as your not there for quietness. You will here the music from the swim up bar and the dolks in the pool. That didn't bother me. My room was clean with a comfortable bed and thick pillows. The staff was very attentive and the massages are on point. 💚😊 The breakfast buffet was more like brunch. It also included a verity of cultural meals. Yhe drinks were made to be picture perfect. All of the staff was wonderful and genuinely friendly. I felt that for the most part they were sincere.

Lots to like about this place - you are in front of the beach, close to massage, restaurants and night life. Quiet at night and all facilities worked. The staff were all polite, helpful and nice. They all seemed willing to help and cater to visitors. Will definitely recommend and will book here again in the future.
