The property is beginning to show its age, needs considerable maintenance. Check-in was very cumbersome, checking in should be done at the entrance gate not at the far end of the resort. Overall not a bad experience but didn't live up to the hype.

Top notch staff everyone is helpful and courteous. The resort is far from the Boracay night life but we like it that way, best part is the private beach no crowd, quiet and relaxing glad we donā€™t have to share it with the public. Facilities are excellent although far away from each other the shuttle comes to take you places with in the resort. Highly recommended!!

Hotel was really nice. Quite large but there are shuttles so you never have to wait long. We booked the swim out room which I would highly recommend. Food was good. Service is really slow when busy but otherwise no other issues. I forgot a jacket in the closet on checkout, to realize an hour later. When we called to let the hotel know and check on the jacket, I was told it was no longer there, so that was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful property with lots of gorgeous pools, restaurants and things to do! Staff are amazing. Kind, accommodating and super attentive to the minor issues we had (things like not having enough towels and our safety box being broken) which were remedied immediately. They let us check in to one room early so we can drop our bags and also held our bags for the day so we didn't need to bring our bags around with us on our check out day. Super nice. In saying that, lots of amenities are not available which was really disappointing. On our stay, we were told the airport pick up, speed boat and drop off amenity was not available. Neither was the Segway, Horseback riding, Ziplining and cable car, lots of gym machines were under maintenance, two of the three swim up bars were unavailable, etc. The breakfast buffet was okay - not a wide selection but tasted decent and at least changed everyday which was appreciated! Because there were only two breakfast areas, it can get super packed as the resort is huge. Really handy shuttle service to take you around the resort, but you can find yourself waiting a long time for one as it can get full pretty quick. The restaurants are amazing and serve delicious food. Our favourite was We Chill. Prices (as expected) are expensive. Loootsss of quirks and fun areas to hang around in. Would recommend, but hope that on your stay more things will be finished with maitnenance :)
