Claudia in the activity center was wonderful as was Robert in maintenance. We could have used more toilet paper and paper towels and the indoor pool area was without a shower . But otherwise everything was fabulous - friendly staff and beautiful and luxurious surroundings.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay! The suite was clean and included a full kitchen. We all enjoyed the mini golf course and beautiful views. All of the site staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

This is a challenging review to write. My wife and I booked this accommodation as a late anniversary get-away for a long weekend Oct 10-13. There were many things that we loved, and we discussed several times that we would definitely book it again sometime, but there were so many little things that were confounding, that we questioned if we really should return. We would offer the resort several suggestions for improvement, beginning with our check-in, that was very pleasant, but we had no idea until our stay was nearly over that local attraction information and maps were tucked away in a nook that isn’t really visible at the reception desk and no one indicated that the information was there if we needed it (we had actually discussed that we were surprised that there wasn’t the typical array of brochures available for us to peruse). Following our check-in, on our initial nighttime drive to the building that our room was in, there were signs that pointed us in the direction of our building; however, they are nearly impossible to see driving on the dark & hilly road to get there. We had requested an upper floor upon booking and apparently missed that there were no elevators. So, while we had a great view and no one above us, two flights of stairs was a lot to manage (at least for my old knees). We wanted the upper floor to avoid hearing noise from above, however, we still heard noise from our other neighbors, which suggested to us that the walls were thin and we therefore

I love the amenities that are offered. Beautiful atmosphere and clean. Rooms are spacious. Felt like home away from home. I just wish we had more time to explore the grounds. The water pressure from the shower head in 12N was very low and temperature kept fluctuating. We stayed in 12N. The one thing I would like to point out is it would be very helpful if the ramp going to the 3rd floor could be extended. The steps make it almost impossible to carry heavy items such as a oversized luggage/ packed coolers that are full of heavy items. I had to empty everything from our cooler (With wheels) and carry it up the steps in grocery bags. The idea vacationer would like to be able to pack everything in a wagon or carrier and roll it up a ramp or into an elevator.
